Each piece is handcrafted and due to the fragility of the natural elements and components, must be handled with special care. We recommend avoiding moisture and should your item get wet, please dry it off immediately.

Orders will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. If you need it sooner, please let us know.

Returns/Exchange
We hope you like your one-of-a-kind piece! Please allow for slight variances. That's the beauty of handmade! we happily welcome returns and exchanges of unworn jewelry within 7 days of purchase.

Once your jewelry is received, you will be refunded for your purchase less any shipping costs. Return postage is not covered by Natnat Creations.
